Terms of Sale

Country Living Depot is a trade name of DEW Herbs LLC, the seller of record. These terms apply to every purchase made through this website, whether you buy a digital guide or a physical item. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

We sell two kinds of product. Digital guides are delivered as a PDF file by email; nothing is shipped to you and no postage applies to an order that contains only digital guides. Physical items, such as canning equipment and bundles, are shipped to you from Tennessee. The product page tells you which kind each product is.

Delivery of your files (digital guides)

When your payment is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the address you gave at checkout. It contains your download link. If you created an account at checkout, your files are also available at any time from My Account → Downloads.

Delivery is immediate in almost all cases. If your payment is held for review by the payment processor, your link is released as soon as that clears.

Your downloads are unlimited and your download links do not expire. You may re-download a guide you have purchased as many times as you need, for as long as this store operates.

If a download does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us at info@countrylivingdepot.com with the name you ordered under. We will resend it.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor; we do not store your card details on this site.

Where buy now, pay later options are offered at checkout, the provider you choose handles your payment plan under its own terms.

Shipping of physical items

Physical items ship from Tennessee to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates for your address, the weight and size of your order, and the shipping method you choose, and it is added to your order total. Shipments are insured.

Delivery times shown at checkout are the carrier’s estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves us, delivery is handled by the carrier. Please check that your shipping address is correct before you pay, because we cannot change it once the order has shipped.

Damaged, missing or defective items

Heavy items such as canning equipment can be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not working, email us promptly at info@countrylivingdepot.com with your order name and clear photos of the box and the item, and keep all of the packaging until we have replied. We will put it right, as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Equipment and safe use

Physical items are sold as described on their product pages, and product photos and dimensions are given for guidance. Read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions before first use. Propane equipment, including the propane camp stove in the Harvest Day Canning Bundle, must be used outdoors only, in a well-ventilated area away from the house and never indoors or in an enclosed space. A propane tank is not included and is sold separately. Home canning must follow current, tested recipes and processing times.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before purchasing.

Problems with a file

If a PDF is corrupt, will not open, or is missing pages, tell us and we will send a working copy. That is a fault on our side and we will put it right.

Your licence to use the guides

This section applies to digital guides. When you buy a guide, you are buying a personal licence to read it, print it, and use it in your own household. You may not resell it, redistribute it, post it publicly, or share the file or your download link outside your household.

All text, illustrations, and design in our guides remain the property of DEW Herbs LLC.

What our guides are and are not

Our guides and the information on our product pages are written to inform and equip. They are not professional advice. Building, food preservation, water systems, and home remedies carry real risk, and local building codes, food-safety rules, and regulations vary from place to place.

You are responsible for checking local codes and regulations before you build, and for using your own judgement about what is safe for your household. Where a task is beyond your experience, consult a qualified professional.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Availability

We aim to keep this store available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or withdraw products at any time. Withdrawing a product does not affect your access to a guide you have already bought.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to that order.
